Any engagement for professional services with Vixora is subject to and governed by a separate, written Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or other formal contract signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
